Terms and Conditions

1. FlyerBonus Privilege Card is valid for 2 years after card approval.
2. The card approval process take approximately 5 working days (after receiving the documents).
3. A QR payment code will be emailed to you. Please respond and provide payment evidence (e.g. pay-in, slip). Once approved, a receipt will be sent within 5 working days of receiving the documents.
4. Members need to accurately quote their FlyerBonus Membership Number or present their FlyerBonus Privilege Card every time a reservation is made with Bangkok Airways.
5. FlyerBonus Privilege Card and its benefits are non-transferable to any other individual.
6. All supporting documentation must be valid and in accordance with the requirements above. Bangkok Airways reserves the right to reject the application if an applicant;
- a. Does not abide by the documentation or qualification requirements
- b. Dishonestly attempts to gain benefits from Bangkok Airways and/or provides false information
7. Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, modify or change or vary any or all the terms and conditions stated herein.
8. In case of any disputes, the decision of Bangkok Airways is final.
9. Other Terms and Conditions of FlyerBonus apply.
